5, 7, 5!

Have you ever made a haiku? I have! It is really fun, but the secret is 5 - 7 - 5! Yip, that's it. 5 - 7 - 5 stands for syllables. Here are two of my haikus:

Mushrooms:
Black stinking fungus, 
Mushrooms  polluting my plate. 
Ugly, round toadstools.

Chess:

Classic game of war.
Rook and Queen close in check-mate!
Winning is check-mate.

What do you think? The hardest thing is thinking of words that have the correct amount of syllables!
